LUQ pain
70 yo male with a PHx of lymphoma, currently undergoing chemotherapy presented with LUQ pain and abdominal distension for 2/7. He had nausea, nil vomitting. He had opened his bowels yesterday am.
PMHx
Lymphoma, last chemo 6/7
nil meds; nil allergies
OE
HR 80, BP 140/80, sats 100 and afebrile
LUQ tender, distended, nil peritonism, nil palpable spleen.
